Terms of use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of CoinGeography (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information only — no advice

Everything on the Service — market data, airdrop, token launch, exchange listing and event information, news and guides — is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Read the risk disclosure and the disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on crypto assets where you live.

3. Accounts

  • Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, fraud, spam or breaches of these terms.

4. Submissions and listings

  • When you submit a project or event, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate and not misleading.
  • You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, format and promote the submitted information and images on the Service and our channels.
  • We review every submission and may edit, decline or remove any listing at any time. Listing does not mean endorsement.
  • We never sell “verified” status. Paid placements are labelled as sponsored (see the advertising policy).

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • submit false, fraudulent or infringing content, phishing links or malware;
  • impersonate CoinGeography, a project or any person;
  • scrape, copy or resell the Service or its data at scale, or bypass rate limits or security controls;
  • interfere with the Service or other users, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Third-party links, data and events

The Service links to third-party websites, claim pages, ticket sellers and exchanges, and shows data from third-party providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, prices or terms. CoinGeography does not sell event tickets or run airdrops; any purchase, registration or claim is between you and the third party.

7. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, text, graphics and software belong to CoinGeography or its licensors. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We aim for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CoinGeography is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, reliance on its content, or dealings with third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date; continued use after that means you accept it.

13. Contact
