These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Coingeography (the “Site”), including all editorial content, market-data tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Corum8 Media and Technology FZE, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Coingeography is a crypto news publication with an integrated market-data terminal. The Site has two distinct parts:

  1. Editorial content — news articles, analysis, and related content published by our editorial team.
  2. Market Terminal (/analytics) — a data tool displaying quotes and charts for cryptocurrency, commodity, forex, and stock instruments, sourced from third-party data providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Not Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

3.1 Nothing on the Site — including news articles, opinion pieces, market commentary, price data, charts, screeners, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

3.2 The Market Terminal displays data sourced from third parties (including CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, and TradingView). We do not independently verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Prices may be delayed, may differ from prices available on exchanges or through brokers, and should not be relied upon for making trading or investment decisions.

3.3 Cryptocurrency, forex, commodity, and stock markets are volatile and carry substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information found on the Site, and you should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decision.

3.4 We do not endorse, recommend, or take a position on any asset, project, exchange, or investment strategy referenced in our editorial content, unless explicitly and clearly labeled as an opinion piece attributable to a named author, and even then, it remains that author’s personal view, not investment advice.

3.5 We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on any content or data available through the Site.

4. Editorial Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 All articles, images, graphics, logos, and other content published on the Site (excluding third-party data feeds and embedded third-party media) are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 You may view, share via the Site’s provided sharing tools, and quote brief excerpts of our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with clear attribution and a link back to the original article. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4.3 Video content embedded on the Site (via YouTube or Vimeo) remains the property of the respective rights holders and is subject to those platforms’ own terms of use.

4.4 Trademarks, logos, and brand names of third parties (including data providers, exchanges, and companies referenced in our reporting) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and news-reporting purposes only.

5. Third-Party Data and Services

5.1 The Market Terminal relies on data and charting tools provided by third parties, including but not limited to CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, and TradingView. Your use of these embedded tools may also be subject to those providers’ own terms of service.

5.2 We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party data feeds, embedded video content, or any linked third-party websites. Outages, data errors, or discontinuation of a third-party service may affect the availability or accuracy of the Market Terminal, and we are not liable for such issues.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Site (including the Market Terminal) at a scale or frequency that could burden our infrastructure or violate the terms of our underlying data providers;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or attempting denial-of-service attacks;
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with the Company or impersonate any person or entity;
  • Use the Site to transmit spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates this section.

7. Corrections and Editorial Standards

7.1 We strive for factual accuracy but errors can occur. If you believe an article contains a factual error, please contact us at info@coingeography.com.

7.2 Corrections to published articles take effect immediately upon publication (our systems do not use delayed or staggered content updates), and where appropriate we will note that an article has been corrected or updated.

8. No Warranty

The Site and all Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or the Services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or the Company.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any discrepancy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, the parties agree that such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, and each party submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
