NFT project centered on electronic music, DJ Generations Clubhas launched a great new DJ contest. In this contest, the winner will play live at an iconic location. Amnesia venue in IbizaThis allows the rising star to fulfill every disc jockey’s wildest dream by performing in front of a packed hall full of avid music lovers.
The ‘Global DJ Search’ will run in three stages from now until late September, with the final winner playing live at Amnesia Ibiza shortly after. The first phase is now live and includes a leaderboard system that runs via the project’s Discord server. So worthy contestants can earn points by participating in weekly challenges and sharing their DJ sets, with the top 24 advancing to Round 2.
The second stage will see the competition intensify as the remaining 24 DJs advance to the semi-finals. This includes each rising star demonstrating his talents by playing his one-hour live set at the DJenerates virtual club starting September 1 and over his two weekends. After the commotion subsides and the judgment is over, there are only 4 people left and they advance to the final.
Four budding DJs compete at Decentraland’s Amnesia Ibiza Virtual Club
The third and final stage of the competition will see the remaining four contestants battle it out on September 16th at the Amnesia Ibiza virtual venue in Decentraland. The entire event was broadcast live on his Clubbing TV. Following the competition finals, an overall winner will be selected and will fly off to play a full DJ set at a live IRL venue in Ibiza.
This epic competition, in partnership with DJenerates, DJ Mag, Amnesia Ibiza, Clubbing TV and Klubcoin, seeks to find the next superstar DJ to enter the club circuit. So dust the decks, turn up the volume and let the mixing begin!
