CryptoSlate wMarket Update: BNB bucks weekend sell-off

Since the last wMarket report on April 28, the cryptocurrency market cap has registered a net outflow of $26.9 billion and is now at $1.18 trillion, down 2.2% from $1.21 trillion.

Since April 28, Bitcoin and Ethereum market caps have fallen by 2.5% and 3.4% respectively during the reporting period to $552.95 billion and $222.27 billion.

The top 10 cryptocurrencies have sold off in the last 24 hours, with the exception of BNB, which gained 4.1%. Meanwhile, Solana suffered the heaviest loss, down 5.5% of him, and Litecoin, down 3.5% of him.

Tether (USDT) market cap increased to $81.74 billion. In contrast, USD Coin (USDC) and Binance USD (BUSD) dropped to $30.49 billion and $6.19 billion respectively.

Bitcoin

Over the past 24 hours, Bitcoin has fallen 2.3%, trading at $28,557 as of 07:00 ET. Its market dominance fell from 47% to 46.9%.

The bears have since dropped the price below this level and climbed to $28,200. This indicates that current prices are generally weak.

ethereum

Over the past 24 hours, Ethereum has fallen 3.1%, trading at $1,846 as of ET 07:00. Its market dominance fell from 19.1% to 18.8%.

Since April 28, ETH’s price action has closely followed Bitcoin, peaking at $1,940 by noon on Sunday. The resulting downtrend saw him find support at $1,825, but the consecutive candles traded above this price. It suggests good support at this level.
